1. RETURNS
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.
We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you’re unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure any designer boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected within your returns packaging. If you return your item without protecting the designer boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Before returning the products you must send an email to thelifeofXoXo@outlook.com stating your Order number, the reason for returning and your phone number.
- A member of our customer service will contact you to arrange return and offer you two alternative options, refund or the issuance of a voucher for use exclusively in our Site www.lifeofXoXo.com .
- Prepare your package and return it to the courier shop you collected it. Delivery charges for return will be payable by you unless the item is defective and/or faulty.
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Returns must occur within 14 days from the day you received the product.
- Delivery charges for return will be payable by you, unless the item is defective and/or faulty.
- In case of a defective and/or faulty product, the delivery charges for return will be payable by us.
2. REFUNDS
Provided that you have selected the refund option and communicated to our customer service your bank details, once your return has been received and accepted by us, your refund will be completed via a bank transfer to your bank account within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
3. VOUCHER
Provided that you have selected the issuance of a voucher option, once your return has been received and accepted by us, your voucher will be send to your email within 3 working days of receiving the returned product
